The exclusivity of this hotel made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. the private transfer and welcome drinks were a nice touch, setting the scene for our luxury stay. the staff were attentive and always helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. the spa and wellness centre provided much-needed relaxation with a variety of treatments available.
The only minor issue was the lack of information and communication from some staff members. While most were helpful, we had difficulty finding our way around the hotel and accessing some of the exclusive amenities.

During our weekend getaway, we were impressed by the great service and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were friendly and were really good too meet all of our needs. We also loved the beautiful beach and the private beach bar, where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering fine views and easy access to nearby attractions. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

We loved the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, who made our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was right next to the Long Island Aquarium and served as a great base for exploring both the North and South Fork of Long Island. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel had secure parking available.

The expansive grounds feature lush greenery and numerous activities like volleyball and yoga. The friendly staff provides excellent service, especially the cheerful waiters. The food and drink options are fantastic, surpassing other nearby hotels. The clean and comfortable rooms ensure a pleasant stay. The beach and water park offer enjoyable experiences.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the Green Palace for evening entertainment. The restaurant at the residence offers a comprehensive menu and buffet options, with a harp playing and a smaller buffet for those who don't want to wait. The villa rooms are spacious with a bathroom each and a large lounge, and the beach area is recently completed and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. a great family holiday destination.
There were a number of furry friends being fed by guests or wandering around the resort, which could be an issue for those with cat allergies or dog phobias.
